申请签证需提前20天预约，下面就为大家详细介绍签证办理的流程

STEP 1：填写申请表格。

填写在线DS-160 非移民签证申请表，并打印出带有条形码确认页。

DS-160 在线填写网址：https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/default.aspx

【注意事项】：所有申请人包括儿童都必须在线提交DS-160 表，并在去使领馆面谈的时候带好打印清楚的确认页。确保所有信息均填写完整并正确无误再提交，提交后无法进行任何更改，要牢记DS-160 编号以便预约面谈时间。

STEP 2：支付签证申请费。

在线支付

非移民签证（NIV）申请费最方便的付款方式是由中国本地的银行发行的借记卡在网上支付。该系统不接受信用卡。一旦你登录到您的个人资料，您将可以通过借记卡支付。银联借记卡持有人将支付0.3%的服务费。

智慧柜台

从2018年3月17日起，申请人可以在中国境内超过1400家中信银行网点超过4700台智慧柜台支付签证费用。在通过智慧柜台缴纳费用之前，请首先登录我们的在线系统创建个人资料，并打印CGI参考号. 使用智慧柜台时，需输入支付卡信息、CGI参考号、您的手机号码。支付完成后，屏幕上将显示“签证费收据”支付信息，请妥善保管，以便通过在线系统或预约中心安排预约。（对使用非中信银行卡在智慧柜台缴纳签证费的申请人，银联将收取签证费的0.49％作为手续费。每笔交易手续费最多不超过17元。）

【注意事项】：支付完成后，要打印收据编号并妥善保管。一旦丢失，将无法替换。如不能提供收据编号，将无法进行预约。

STEP 3：预约面谈时间。

通过支付费用时用到的凭证登录个人资料页面。

登录网址：https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=Chinese%20%28Simplified%29&country=China

进入系统之后，即可看到控制面板。点击左侧菜单上的安排面谈时间(Schedule Appointment) ，开始预约安排流程。

预约需要提供的材料：

• 护照号码；

• 签证申请缴费收据上的编号；

• DS-160确认页上的十(10) 位条形码编号。

在接下来的流程中，需要依次选择签证类型、输入个人信息、添加亲属、选择文件送达地址、确认签证费用的缴纳状态，最后一步是安排面谈时间。

STEP 4：到预约地点进行面试。

按照约定的时间到领事馆进行面谈。

STEP 5：领取护照和签证。

如果签证获批，护照和签证将寄送至预约面谈时选择的指定地点。

必须携带的资料

• DS-160表

• 护照（当前有效护照&以前赴美签证的护照）

• 签证费收据原件

• SEVIS表格&收据

• I-20表格

• 近6个月内拍摄的2英寸x2英寸(51毫米x51毫米)证件照

建议携带的个人资料

• 美国学校的录取通知书

• 毕业证、学位证及成绩单(针对已毕业的学生)

• 在读证明及成绩单(针对在读的学生)

• TOEFL、IELTS、GRE、GMAT等成绩

• 个人简历

• 研究/学习计划

• 其他重要获奖证书

• 身份证（安检时可能需要，不须递交给签证官）

建议携带的资金材料及其他辅助材料（意在证明有经济能力完成在美学习并在中国有牢固约束力）

• 银行存款证明

• 存单或存折

• 父母工作及收入证明(有税单最好带上)

• 个人工作及收入证明(如申请人本人已工作)

• 父母或本人的名片

• 父母或本人工作单位的介绍册或宣传册

• 营业执照副本(如担保人是法人)

• 房产证

• 车辆行驶证

• 户口本

• 全家福照片

备注：

• 除了第一项是使馆要求必须要提交的材料，其他几项资料的准备完全取决于个人情况，目的是为了增加签证通过率。

• 根据材料特点，尽量提供英文材料。

• 所携带的资料最好都是原件。

• 材料的携带最好齐全，以免签证官想看某项材料而你却没有携带
